Film Siddhartha by Herman Hesse

I am happy to share with you a very deep movie which I saw last evening.
It brought me much in the Space of Present, in the Now.
It is a wonderful story of the man looking for the enlightment.
The name Siddhartha means "he who has found meaning
of existance" or "he who has atteined his goals".
The movie it's a great philosophical work of art, which has as a subject the book writen by Herman Hesse.
Some of the major themes from the film:
- meaning of life, man's condition on earth
- how to cure one's self from the pains of life by immersing in the essence, in God which is everywhere
- spiritual experience can be earned through discipline and selfless life
- the attachments are not leting ourselves to be free
- he had three qualities: to think, to wait, to fast!
- his wife teaches him love, his son, empathy
At the end Siddhartha is capturing the essence of the journey in this life, and learning from the river he realises that there is Only Now, this Present which you can live it with Love.
Giving Love, sharing Love and being Love.
Much love and gratitude for you being here!
